Argon welder — Kogi

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Kogi, Kogi State. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. You will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
