Lathe programmer-operator — Hanson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Hanson County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
