Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Monroe County, Mississippi. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. The role involves: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time, day shift.
