Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Delta County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges The role involves: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
