Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
