Fusing press operator wanted in Borough of Torbay

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Borough of Torbay, England. The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
