Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Iosco County, Michigan. The job is in a botanical garden. Your main tasks: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
