UPVC welding machine operator wanted in Crawford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Crawford County, Ohio. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day-to-day duties: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Full-time, day shift.
