Join our team: we are hiring a car refinisher in Clay County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 3+ years on the tools preferred.
