Urgent requirement: grill cook (Massachusetts)

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
