We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble fixer in Surrey, England. You will work in a stone processing yard. Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Ideal candidate: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Full-time, day shift.
