The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
