Refrigeration service engineer — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Jackson County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
