Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces The role involves: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position 5+ years on the tools preferred.
