Urgent requirement: confectioner (Arkansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Woodruff County, Arkansas. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
