Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Kenedy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Kenedy County, Texas. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred.
