Moulder — Chester County

Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. The role involves: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
