UPVC welding machine operator • Hamilton County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Hamilton County, Iowa. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
