Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Dunn County, Wisconsin. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day to day you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms.
