Scullery hand — Jewell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jewell County, Kansas. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time, day shift.
