Powder coating operator — Buchanan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Buchanan County, Missouri. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape 4+ years on the tools preferred.
