Incoming goods inspector — Akwanga

Now hiring: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. The job is on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
