Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Miami County, Ohio. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. The role involves: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
