Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. The role involves: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
