Urgent requirement: visual inspection operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Meade County, Kansas. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
