Join our team: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
