Line cook — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Montgomery County, New York. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
