Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Henry County, Missouri. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
