Render and set plasterer wanted in Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Cass County, Illinois. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Day to day you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
