Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Plumas County, California. You will work at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On a typical shift you will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
