Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites You will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
