We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Guadalupe County, Texas. The job is in a spray booth. You will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
