Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Logan County, Oklahoma. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
