Electrostatic spray painter — Barrow County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Barrow County, Georgia. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
