What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Confident using diagnostic scan tools Day to day you will check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid; service and replace timing belts and chains; replace clutch plates and gearbox components; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing.
