Immediate opening: bread baker (Kebbi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Koko/Besse Local Government Area, Kebbi State. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
