System formwork carpenter — Lyon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Lyon County, Kansas. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
