Immediate opening: we are hiring a production assembler in Watonwan County, Minnesota. Day to day you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
