PVC window assembler — Val Verde County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Val Verde County, Texas. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day-to-day duties: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
