Flatlock machine operator — Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Lincoln County, Mississippi. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Your main tasks: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
