Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
