Concrete worker • Washington County, Rhode Island

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works On the job you will handle: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
