Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
