Heavy equipment operator — Gladwin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Gladwin County, Michigan. The job is at a road and highway construction project. You will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
