Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Hancock County, Maine. The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 2+ years on the tools preferred.
