Baker — Akoko North West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Akoko North West, Ondo State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
