Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Macomb County, Michigan. The job is at a glazing and fabrication factory. Your main tasks: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
