Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Cherokee County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
