Mobile crane operator wanted in Hancock County

Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Hancock County, Indiana. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. Day to day you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
