Flat roof installer — Rockingham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Rockingham County, Virginia. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. On a typical shift you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
